One of the most famous Moroccan desserts, it has its distinctive name "heel of gazelle" in relation to its shape, which is like a deer. 
Made from thin dough stuffed with ground almonds and sprinkled with lemon blossom water. 
It is offered on all occasions throughout the year and in cafes and restaurants.
Usually embossed as a way to decorate its appearance.
