the ingredients:


  1. One kilogram of semolina.
  2. A tablespoon of yeast.
  3. Tablespoon of oil.
  4. One cup of milk.
  5. Small spoon of salt.


How to prepare:


  1. Preparation of this dish requires 30 minutes to prepare, and another 30 minutes for cooking.
  2. Place the semolina in the bowl, add the salt and yeast, and mix the ingredients well together.
  3. Add one tablespoon of oil to the previous mixture and mix well.
  4. Add a glass of milk to the dough, and mix it to be soft, not stiff.
  5. Heat the pan, and slightly oil it, then place the dough and bake in the oven.
  6. We offer the dough which is hot
