Preparation of the Moroccan HERCHA
the ingredients:
- One kilogram of semolina.
- A tablespoon of yeast.
- Tablespoon of oil.
- One cup of milk.
- Small spoon of salt.
How to prepare:
- Preparation of this dish requires 30 minutes to prepare, and another 30 minutes for cooking.
- Place the semolina in the bowl, add the salt and yeast, and mix the ingredients well together.
- Add one tablespoon of oil to the previous mixture and mix well.
- Add a glass of milk to the dough, and mix it to be soft, not stiff.
- Heat the pan, and slightly oil it, then place the dough and bake in the oven.
